Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a final meeting of members of the above named company will be held at the offices of Barringtons Limited, Chartered Accountants, Richmond House, 570-572 Etruria Road, Basford, Newcastle, Staffordshire ST5 0SU on 13 December 2007 at 10.00 am followed at 10.15 am by a meeting of the creditors, for the purposes of:

(a) Having laid before them an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding up during the period ending 1 November 2007

(b) Hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator

(c) approving the Liquidator’s release from office

A member or creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a member or creditor. Proxies for use at either of the meetings must be lodged at the address shown above no later than 12 noon on the business day prior to the day of the meeting.
