“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that P Booth and A Graham, both of Hamiltons Insolvency Practitioners, Omega Court, 368 Cemetery Road, Sheffield S11 8FT, be and are hereby appointed joint liquidators for the purpose of such winding-up.”
