“That the Company be wound-up voluntarily and Robert Derek Smailes and Stephen Blandford Ryman, both of Shipleys LLP, 10 Orange Street, Haymarket, London, WC2H 7DQ, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up, and are to act jointly and severally.”
