DOVETAILS (THIRSK & NORTHALLERTON) LIMITED

At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at the offices of David Horner & Co, 11 Clifton Moor Business Village, James Nicolson Link, Clifton Moor, York YO30 4XG, on 17 October 2007, the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that David Anthony Horner and David Adam Broadbent, of David Horner & Co., 11 Clifton Moor Business Village, James Nicolson Link, Clifton Moor, York YO30 4XG, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up, and that the Joint Liquidators in carrying out their functions and exercising their powers may act on their own or jointly and as such their functions and powers may be exercised by either one of them acting jointly or on their own account.”
