At a General Meeting of the Company, duly convened, and held at Victory House, Admiralty Place, Chatham Maritime, Kent ME4 4QU, on 11 October 2007 at 10.00am the following Special and Ordinary Resolutions were duly passed:-

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that David R Elliott, of Moore Stephens LLP, 1st Floor, Victory House, Quayside, Chatham Maritime, Kent, ME4 4QU, be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up of the Company.”
