Notice of Closure of Liquidation of

INTERNATIONAL BOND TRUST

(the “Fund”)

The liquidation of the Fund has been closed on 27 September 2007, by decision of International Bond Fund Management Company S.A. (the “Management Company”) acting as Liquidator to the Fund.

The liquidation proceeds have totally been paid to the unit-holders entitled thereto and accordingly, no amount has to be deposited at the Caisse de Consignation in Luxembourg.

The legal documents and accounts of the Fund will remain deposited at the offices of RBC Dexia Investor Services, with registered office at 14 Porte de France, L-4360 Esch-sur-Alzette, for a period of five years.
