At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named company, duly convened and held at The Queens Hotel, 1 City Square, Leeds LS1 1PL on 08 October 2007 the following were passed as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolution:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Stephen Hull, of Geoffrey Martin & Co, St James’s House, 28 Park Place, Leeds LS1 2SP, be and is appointed as liquidator of the company.”
