LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 20 September 2007, Credit Suisse Anlagestiftung transferred its entire interest in Apax Europe VI - A L.P. (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP007358 to Credit Suisse Anlagestiftung 2 Saule and on the same date Credit Suisse Anlagestiftung 2 Saule became a limited partner in the Partnership and Credit Suisse Anlagestiftung ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
