WATER RESOURCES ACT 1991 : SCHEDULE 10 (AS AMENDED BY THE ENVIRONMENT ACT 1995)

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSES OF SECTION 88

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991 (as amended by the Environment Act 1995) that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by JRK Properties Ltd, Colenso House, 1 Omega, Monks Cross Drive, Huntington, York, YO32 9GZ, for consent to discharge 10.8 cubic metres of treated sewage effluent per day from Oakwood Village Lodge Park, Bull Balk, Newton-on-Derwent, into Foss Beck at National Grid Reference SE 7268 4958.

Any person who wishes to make representations or objections with respect to the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Coverdale House, Aviator Court, Clifton Moor, York, YO30 4GZ, for the attention of Mr P Baker, quoting reference number 27/28/0254, not later than 1 November 2007.

A copy of the application may be inspected free of charge at the local Environment Agency office at Environment Agency, Coverdale House, Aviator Court, Clifton Moor, York, YO30 4GZ on weekdays between 9am and 5pm up to 1 November 2007.
