Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final General Meetings of the Companies will be held at Athene Place, 66 Shoe Lane, London EC4A 3WA, on 22 October 2007 at 10.00 am and 11.00 am, to consider and if thought fit to pass the following Ordinary and Extraordinary Resolutions: “That the Joint Liquidators’ statement of account for the period of the liquidation be approved; and That the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Joint Liquidators be disposed of as the Joint Liquidators see fit, subject to any legal requirements governing the period of retention.” A Member of each of the Companies entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member of the Companies. Proxies must be lodged at the offices of Deloitte & Touche LLP, Athene Place, 66 Shoe Lane, London EC4A 3WA, no later than 12.00 noon on 19 October 2007.
