Notice is hereby given pursuant to Rule 6.137 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that a meeting of the Bankrupt’s Creditors will be held at the offices of MBI Equity Ltd, Tunsgate Square, 98-110 High Street, Guildford, Surrey, GU1 3HE at 10.00 am on 3 October 2007 for the purpose of considering the Trustee in Bankruptcy’s Final Report and granting his Release. To be entitled to vote at the meeting, a creditor must give written details of his debt (including the amount) and lodge any necessary form of proxy at Second Floor Suite 2, Tunsgate Square, 98-110 High Street, Guildford, Surrey, GU1 3HE not later than 12.00 noon on 2 October 2007 (or deliver them to the chairman at the meeting) .
