Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 24 August 2007, Brian Blakemore withdrew as a limited partner in Barclays Private Equity European Fund III “D” Limited Partnership (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England & Wales with number LP012279, and transferred his entire interest in the Partnership to BPE European Partner III L.P., a company registered in Scotland of 50 Lothian Road, Festival Square, Edinburgh with number SL006151.
