Notice is hereby given that the final meeting of the above company, called under the provisions of section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, will be held at Grenville Court, Britwell Road, Burnham, Buckinghamshire SL1 8DF on 9 October 2007 at 11.00 am. The meeting is called to receive the Liquidator’s account and any explanations he may give, to confirm the Liquidator’s remuneration and to authorise the destruction of the Company’s records.
