Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 94 of The Insolvency Act 1986 that a final meeting of members will be held at the offices of DTE Leonard Curtis, DTE House, Hollins Mount, Hollins Lane, Bury, BL9 8AT on 18 September 2007 at 11.00 am for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding up. A member entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy to vote and attend in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a member. A proxy form must be lodged at DTE House, Hollins Mount, Hollins Lane, Bury, BL9 8AT, by not later than 12.00 noon on 17 September 2007. The following resolutions will be considered at the meeting: That the Liquidator’s final report and receipt and payments accounts be approve; That the Liquidator obtain his release; That the books and records of the company be destroyed 12 months after dissolution.
