Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the final Meeting of Creditors will be held on 31 August 2007 at 10.00 am. The members meeting will be held 15 minutes earlier on the same day. The meetings will be held at 38 Langham Street, London W1W 7AR. The meetings are for the purpose of receiving an account showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A member or creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member or creditor. Proxies to be used at the meeting should be lodged at 38 Langham Street, London W1W 7AR, no later than 12 noon on the working day immediately before the meetings.
