PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE CHISWICK INNER CORE PARKING SCHEME

B. THE HOUNSLOW (PARKING PLACES) (2006, NO.3) (AMENDMENT NO.*) ORDER 200*.
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Hounslow propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under Sections 6, 45 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Road Traffic Act 1991.
2. The general effect of the Amendment Orders would be to reduce the areas designated as loading places for goods vehicles on the north side of Chiswick High Road fronting Nos.466 and 488 Chiswick High Road to provide space for “pay and display” parking places.
3. A copy of the proposed Orders, together with a copy of the Orders of 2005 and 2006, of the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order and of a plan depicting the length of road to which the Orders relate, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this Notice is published at the Forms and Documents Counter of the Access Hounslow Main Reception Area at the Civic Centre, Lampton Road, Hounslow TW3 4DN.

5. Any person desiring to object to the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds thereof, to the Director of Street Management and Public Protection Department, London Borough of Hounslow, The Civic Centre, Lampton Road, Hounslow, Middlesex TW3 4DN, quoting the reference TP/DN/1334, by Friday 24 August 2007 at the latest.
