Notice is hereby given that it is our intention to declare a First and Final Dividend to unsecured, non-preferential Creditors of the above-named Company no later than 31 December 2007. The level of this Dividend is not currently expected to exceed 1p in the £. Creditors who have not yet done so are required, on or before 31 August 2007, to send their proofs of debt to David Thornhill and Adrian Stanway of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Benson House, 33 Wellington Street, Leeds LS1 4JP, the Joint Liquidators of the Company, and, if so required, to provide further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Joint Liquidators to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved his debt before the date specified will be excluded from the Dividend.
