Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Walletts Insolvency Services, Adventure Place, Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent ST1 3AF, on Friday 7 September 2007, at 10.00 am, followed at 10.15 am by a Final Meeting of Creditors, for the purposes of having laid before them an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up during the period ended 30 July 2007, hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator, and approving the Liquidators release from office. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. Proxies for use at either of the Meetings must be lodged at the address shown above no later than 12.00 noon on the business day prior to the day of the Meeting.
