Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 8 June 2007 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 12 July 2007, I Caroline Elizabeth as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said WILLIAM NOAH ALESSANDRO HEALY, of 13 St Stephens Close, Bath BA1 5PP, who is a child single, and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of William Benjamin Noah Alessandro Healy and assumed the name of William Noah Alessandro Healy.
