Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 4 April 2007 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 2 July 2007, Helen Powell, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said EMMALOUISEKERR, who is a child, single, and a Commonwealth Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Emma Louise Powell and assumed the name of Emma Louise Kerr.
