Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 26 April 2007 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 2 July 2007, Victoria McAdam, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said ALEXISVICTORIA RICKARDMCADAM, who is a child, single, and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Alexis Victoria Rickard and assumed the name of Alexis Victoria Rickard McAdam.
