Notice is hereby given that a Final Meeting of Members of the Company will be held at the offices of Kingston Smith & Partners LLP, Devonshire House, 60 Goswell Road, London EC1M 7AD, on 20 August 2007, at 11.15 am, for the purposes of receiving a report and account by the Joint Liquidators showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted, the property of the Company disposed of and to receive any explanation regarding the conduct of the liquidation. The following Resolutions will be put to the Meeting, that the Joint Liquidators’ receipts and payments account to 18 July 2007 and final report be approved, and that the Joint Liquidators be released from office. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of Kingston Smith & Partners LLP at the above address by no later than 12.00 noon on 17 August 2007.
