Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 9 of the Limited Partnership Agreement Act 1907, that on 20 June 2007, The Royal Bank of Scotland plc transferred the interests held by it in Doughty Hanson & Co V Partnership No 2 (“Partnership No LP11713”) to CPELPII Guernsey LP Inc and thereupon CPELPII Guernsey LP Inc became a Limited Partner in Partnership No 2 in substitution for The Royal Bank of Scotland plc.
