NOTICE OF SUBSTANTIAL ROAD WORKS – NEW ROADS AND STREET WORKS ACT 1991, SECTION 58 – HADLEIGH ROAD, N9 AND LAVENDER HILL, EN2

THREE MONTHS ADVANCE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Enfield (the “Council”), as Highway Authority, intend to carry out substantial carriageway resurfacing road works in Hadleigh Road, N9 and Lavender Hill, EN2, as detailed in the Schedule to this Notice.

1. Subject to the exemptions in the Act and Regulations under it, no street works may be executed for a period of 12 months in each case from the completion of the said works without the consent of the Council, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
