ADOBE SYSTEMS EUROPE LIMITED RETIREMENT BENEFITS SCHEME

(previously known as the Aldus Europe Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme)

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person having a claim against, or interest in, the above Scheme is required to send written particulars of his or her claim or entitlement (together with full name, present address, date of birth and period of employment) to the undersigned, not later than 6 October 2007.

Trustees of the Adobe Systems Europe Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme, c/o Irene Campbell, Buck Consultants Limited, 17 Ainslie Place, Edinburgh EH3 6AU.

The Trustees will proceed to distribute the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to those persons of whose claims and entitlements they have notice, and will not be liable to any other person.

Any individuals who have already been contacted by the Trustees about this matter should not respond to this notice as the Trustees already have details of their claims and entitlements.
