THE HILLINGDON (HILLINGDON HOSPITAL) (RESIDENTS ZONE HH) (ON STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2007.
THE HILLINGDON (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO.) ORDER 2007.
HILLINGDON HOSPITAL AREA.
Hillingdon Council gives notice that it intends to make these Orders, which will:
1. Establish Permit parking places operational between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday, in the roads listed in Schedule 1 below, in which a vehicle may be left during the permitted hours if it displays a valid permit.
2. Impose waiting restrictions in roads listed in Schedule 1 below, operational between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Saturday, with “at any time” restrictions at junctions.
3. Impose “at any time” waiting restrictions at junctions in roads listed in Schedule 2 below.
4. Convert existing Permit Holder Only parking places fronting No. 65 - 113 Royal Lane to Dual Use Pay and Display and Permit Holder Only, In which a vehicle may be left during the permitted hours if it displays a valid permit or ticket. The maximum period for which a vehicle may be left during the permitted hours is four hours, if it displays a valid ticket from a ticket parking machine (free for the first 30 minutes on displaying a ticket and 20p for every 30 minutes thereafter).
5. Create additional permit holder only parking places outside No. 7 Benson Close and Nos. 22 - 26 Colham Road, to replace existing 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday - Saturday waiting restrictions.
6. Convert the existing Business Permit Holder Only parking place on Colham Green Road, outside Camertown Builders Merchants, to Dual Use Permit Holder and Pay and Display.
7. Introduce “At Any Time” waiting restrictions in the access road fronting Nos. 113 - 119 Royal Lane.
The charges are as follows: -
RESIDENTS PERMITS 1st vehicle - £0. All subsequent - £40 per annum
VISITORS VOUCHERS First book of 10 per household per annum - free. £5 per book of 10 thereafter.
A copy of the proposed Order together with full details, a plan and the Council’s statement of reasons for the proposal can be seen at Walter Pomeroy Hall, Royal Lane and at Level 3 Reception, Civic Centre, Uxbridge during normal office hours for 21 days following the date on which this Notice is published.
