Notice is hereby given, pursuant to sections 105 and 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Annual and Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at 35 Ballards Lane, London N3 1XW, on Friday 27 July 2007, at 11.30 am and 12.00 noon respectively, to be followed by the Annual and Final Meeting of Creditors at 11.45 am and 12.15 pm respectively, for the purpose of showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing an explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidators, and also of determining the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Joint Liquidators shall be disposed of. Proxies for the Meetings must be lodged with the Joint Liquidators at the above address, by 12.00 noon on the business day prior to the Meetings.
