At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at Moorside, Cawder Ghyll, Skipton, on 11 June 2007, the following Special Resolution was passed:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that MichaelCKienlen, of Armstrong Watson, Fairview House, Victoria Place, Carlisle, Cumbria CA1 1HP, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”
