Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.186 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that it is my intention to declare a First and Final Dividend to unsecured Creditors of the above-named Company no later than 13 November 2007. Creditors who have not yet submitted their claim are required on or before 13 July 2007, to send their statement of claim to the undersigned, M J A Jervis, of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Plumtree Court, London EC4A 4HT, the Joint Liquidator of the Company, and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Joint Liquidator to be necessary.
