ACCOUNTS AND AUDIT REGULATIONS 2003

1. Notice is given that from Monday 2 July 2007 to Tuesday 31 July 2007 between 9.00am and 4.00pm, any person interested may inspect and make copies of the accounts of the above named body for the year ending 31 March 2007 and all books, deeds, contracts, bills, vouchers and receipts retailing thereto. The accounts and other documents will be available for inspection at the office at which they are normally kept or otherwise by arrangement, application should be made initially to The Finance Officer, NPASJC, Room 6004, Town Hall Extension, Manchester M60 2JR, telephone 0161 234 3065.

2. Notice is also given that on or after Tuesday 31 July 2007 at 10.00am, until the completion of the audit, the auditor, at the request of a local government elector for any area to which the accounts relate may exercise their rights (under Regulation 17 of the Accounts and Audit Regulations 2003 and sections 15 and 16 of the Audit Commission Act 1998) to question him about the accounts and make objections to the accounts for the year ended 31 March 2007.
