LINGUAPHONE PENSION PLAN

The Trustees of the Linguaphone Pension Plan hereby give notice under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Plan is in an Assessment Period to be considered for transfer in the Pension Protection Fund.

A notice has been sent by the Trustees to all Plan members to inform them of their entitlements.

Members who have not received any such notice, should make claims in writing to Ron Black, Trustee, Linguaphone Pension Plan, 134 Brighton Road, Burgh Heath, Tadworth, Surrey KT20 6AQ, not later than 31 July 2007. After that date, the Trustees will provide details of known beneficiaries to the Pension Protection Fund who, if the application is successful, will provide compensation for persons known to the Trustees to have entitlements under the Plan. The Trustees will have no liability to any person claiming after that date which was not evident from their records.
