Notice is hereby given that with effect from 1 May 2007 the firm of George Mills Solicitors of Units 46-47, 1 and 5 The Galleries, Town Centre, Washington, Tyne and Wear, has been acquired by John Donkin & Co., Solicitors, of 53 The Galleries, Town Centre, Washington.

The Successor Practice will be Mills Donkin & Co., and will practice from Units 46-47, 53, 1 and 5 The Galleries, Town Centre, Washington.

Ian Donald Mills and Leonard Mann retired from the Practice of George Mills on 30 April 2007.

The Partners in the Successor Practice will be John Adrian Donkin, Graeme Langlands and Leonard Mann.

Ian Donald Mills remains associated with the firm as a Consultant.
