Notice is hereby given that it is my intention to declare a First and Final Dividend to Creditors of the above-named estate no later than 4 months from 12 June 2007. Creditors who have not yet done so are required, on or before 12 June 2007, to send their proofs of debt to Mark David Arthur Loftus, of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Lennox House, Beaufort Buildings, Spa Road, Gloucester GL1 1XD, the Trustee of the estate and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Trustee to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved his debt by the date specified will be excluded from the Dividend.
