I am the Trustee in Bankruptcy of the above, who is described in the proceedings as Tracey H Alderman, (occupation unknown), of Fairview, Harrow Road, North Benfleet, Essex SS12 9JW. I hereby give notice, pursuant to Rule 11.2(1A) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that I intend paying a First and Final Dividend to Creditors within 4 months of the last date for proving. Creditors who have not already proved are required, on or before 6 June 2007, to send details of their claims to me at Haines Watts, Suite 3, Chalkwell Lawns, 648-656 London Road, Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex SS0 9HR. A Creditor who has not proved his debt by the date specified above will not be entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the Dividend so declared.
