INTEGRATED POLLUTION PREVENTION AND CONTROL

Notice is hereby given that JE & EME Ames has applied to the Environment Agency for Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control (IPPC) permits to operate an installation involving the rearing of production pigs located at Home Farm, Brunstead, Norwich, Norfolk, NR12 9ES and an installation involving the rearing of poultry located at Landseer Farm, Hall Road, Sutton, Norwich, Norfolk NR12 9SB

The applications contain the information required by the regulations including a description of any foreseeable significant effects of emissions from the installations on the environment. This information is held in registers at the following locations: Environment Agency, Kingfisher House, Goldhay Way, Orton Goldhay, Peterborough, PE2 5ZR and North Norfolk District Council, Holt Road, Cromer, NR27 9EL

Members of the public can inspect these registers free of charge at the above stated addresses during normal office hours (9am – 5pm Monday to Friday). Any objections or representations to the above IPPC applications should be made in writing to the Environment Agency at Quadrant Building 2, 99 Parkway Avenue, Sheffield, S9 4WG, within 28 days from the date of this public notice

Any such objections or representations will be entered into a public register unless the person making them requests in writing that they should not be so placed. If there is such a request, the register will only include a statement that there has been a request
