TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

The City of London Corporation hereby gives notice that it proposes to make an Order under section 247 of the above Act to authorise the stopping-up of highway at the corner of Silk Street and Moor Lane, London EC2.

If the Order is made, the stopping-up will be authorised only in order to enable the development described in the Schedule to this notice to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted by the City of London Corporation on 23 April 2007, under Ref 06/001156/FULL.

Copies of the draft Order and relevant plan may be inspected between the hours of 9.15 am and 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday, during the 28 days commencing on Tuesday 8 May 2007, at the offices of the Town Clerk, City of London Corporation, Guildhall, Aldermanbury, London EC2, or may be obtained, free of charge, by post, from the Corporation (quoting Ref PC 541) at the address stated below.

Any person may object to the making of the proposed Order within the above period in writing to The City Planning Officer, City of London, PO Box 270, Guildhall, London EC2P 2EJ, quoting the above reference.

In preparing an objection it should be borne in mind that the substance of it may be imparted to other persons who may be affected by it and that those persons may wish to communicate with the objector about it.
