Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Shareholders and Creditors of T.J. Fraizer Limited will be held at the offices of Jacksons Jolliffe Cork, 2 a Low Ousegate, York, on 12 June 2007, at 10.00 am and 10.15 am respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted, to receive any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and to pass certain Resolutions.
