NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEES ACT 1925
The W & G Pension Scheme (“the Scheme”) was established on 10 June 1974.
Willcox & Gibbs UK Limited went into Administration on 14 June 2000.
The pension scheme went into wind-up on 31 December 2000. Capital Cranfield Trustees Limited were appointed independent Trustees on 9 November 2001 and have since started the winding-up of the Scheme.
If you were an employee of the above-named Company, and a Member of the Scheme, and think you are entitled to benefits under the scheme but have not been notified of your benefits, it is of vital importance that you make contact with Capital Cranfield Trustees Limited.
Claims should be sent in writing to the under-mentioned contact on or before 30 May 2007, after which the Trustees will proceed with the winding-up of the scheme assets having regard only to claims and interests of which they have notice. Upon writing, you should include details of your current address and any benefits that you think you are entitled to.
Notification is not required from persons who are currently in receipt of a pension from the scheme, or who have already received correspondence from Capital Cranfield Trustees Limited.
