Notice is hereby given that an Instrument of Dissolution of Teesside Workmens Welfare Fund Friendly Society (Register No 954 F) the registered office of which is at B S C Teesside Works Health Centre, Trunk Road, Middlesbrough, Cleveland TS6 7RN was registered on 26 April 2007.

Within 3 months from the date of The London Gazette in which this advertisement appears proceedings to set aside the Dissolution may be commenced by a Member or other person interested in or having any claim on the funds of the Society.
