At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at 76 New Cavendish Street, London W1G 9TB on 4 April 2007, the subjoined Extraordinary Resolution was duly passed, viz:-

Resolution

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind-up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound-up voluntarily, and that Mark Levy of Berley Chartered Accountants, 76 New Cavendish Street, London W1G 9TB be and is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”

At a subsequent meeting of creditors held on 18 April 2007, Mark Levy of Berley Chartered Accountants was confirmed as liquidator.
