“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that PhilipEdward Pierce and Adrian DavidAllen of Baker Tilly Restructuring and Recovery LLP, 2 Whitehall Quay, Leeds LS1 4HG, be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up, and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally.”
