PUBLIC NOTIFICATION OF AN APPLICATION MADE UNDER REGULATION 10 OF THE POLLUTION PREVENTION AND CONTROL (ENGLAND AND WALES) REGULATIONS 2000
INTEGRATED POLLUTION PREVENTION AND CONTROL
E J W and R W King has applied to the Environment Agency for an IPPC permit to operate installations involving the production of pigs at Fen Farm in the district of South Kesteven District Council in the county of Lincolnshire. The application contains the information required by the regulations including a description of any foreseeable significant effects of emissions on the environment. This information is held in registers at the following locations:
Environment Agency, Kingfisher House, Goldhay Way, Orton Goldhay, Peterborough PE2 5ZR; and
Environmental Health and Licensing, South Kesteven District Council, Council Offices, St Peters Hill, Grantham, Lincolnshire NG33 4BW.
Members of the public can inspect these registers, free of charge, at the above stated addresses during normal office hours (9.00 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday). Any objections to the application should be made in writing to the Environment Agency at the address below, within 28 days from the date of this public notice.

Any such objections or representations will be entered into a public register unless the person making them requests in writing that they should not be. If there is such a request, the register will only include a statement that there has been a request.
