Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company shall be held at 294 a High Street, Sutton, Surrey SM1 1PQ, on Wednesday 23 May 2007, at 10.45 am and 11.00 am respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them, and to receive the report of the Liquidator showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. Proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator at 294 a High Street, Sutton, Surrey SM1 1PQ, not earlier than 12.00 noon nor later than 4.00 pm on the business day before the Meetings.
