Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Companies will be held at the offices of AG Kakouris Ltd, 1 Kings Avenue, London N21 3NA, on 18 May 2007, at 10.00 am and 10.15 am, 10.30 am and 10.45 am, 11.00 am and 11.15 am, and 11.30 am and 11.45 am respectively, for the purpose of receiving an account showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Companies disposed of, and hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Companies.
