C P CARPETS (KIDDERMINSTER) LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of C P Carpets (Kidderminster) Limited will be held at the offices of Mazars LLP, Clifton Down House, Beaufort Buildings, Clifton, Bristol BS8 4AN, on 11 May 2007, at 10.30 am and 11.00 am respectively. The Meetings are called, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of enabling the Liquidator to present an account showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and to give any explanation that he may consider necessary. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor. Proxies to be used at the Meetings should be lodged at Clifton Down House, Beaufort Buildings, Clifton, Bristol BS8 4AN, no later than 12.00 noon on the working day immediately before the Meetings.
