DEWHURST BUTCHERS LIMITED PENSION SCHEME

This notice is given by the Trustees of the Dewhurst Butchers Limited Pension Scheme (“the Scheme”) pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925.

The Trustees are winding up the Scheme in which Dewhurst Butchers Limited participated, previously registered address 94 a Mount Pleasant Road, Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN1 1RT.

As the Scheme is winding up the assets are to be distributed to secure members’ benefits.

Notice is hereby given by the Trustees of the Scheme that any person (including any person who has worked part-time for Dewhurst Butchers Limited) having a claim against or an interest in the Scheme and who has not already been contacted by the Trustees is requested to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest to the address —

on or before 13 June 2007. Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance Number and details of when they worked for the Company. Please quote the Scheme name in all correspondence. After 13 June 2007 the Trustees will proceed to distribute the assets of the Trust amongst the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims and interests of which the Trustees shall then have had notice and the Trustees will not be liable as regards the assets of the Trust or any part thereof so distributed, to any person of whose claim or interest they shall not then have had notice.

Any person who has already been contacted by the Trustees or made a claim and received response need not re-apply to the Trustees.
