Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2(1A) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Liquidator of the above-named Company intends paying a Final Dividend to unsecured Creditors. The unsecured Creditors of the Company are required, on or before 30 April 2007, to submit their proofs of debt to the undersigned if they have not already done so, Paresh B Shah, of Parker Wood, 28 Church Road, Stanmore, Middlesex HA7 4XR, the Liquidator of the Company, and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved his debt before the date mentioned above is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the First Dividend or any other Dividend declared before his debt is proved. I also give you notice that I intend to declare the Dividend to unsecured Creditors within 1 month from 30 April 2007, being the last date for proving debts.
