Notice is hereby given that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the Company will be held at the offices of ThorntonRones LLP, First Floor, 167 High Road, Loughton, Eßsex IG10 4LF, on 27 April 2007, at 1.00 pm and 1.15 pm respectively, for the purposes of receiving a report and account by the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted, the property of the Company disposed of and to receive any explanation regarding the conduct of the liquidation. The following Resolutions will be put to the Meetings, that the Liquidator’s receipts and payments account to 12 March 2007 and final report be approved, and that the Liquidator be released from office. A Dividend will not be paid to the Creditors, as there were insufficient funds to meet the claims of secured and preferential Creditors and the costs and expenses of the liquidation. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not neceßsary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of ThorntonRones LLP, at the above addreßs by no later than 12.00 noon on 26 April 2007.
