PUBLIC NOTIFICATION OF AN APPLICATION MADE UNDER REGULATION 10 OF THE POLLUTION PREVENTION AND CONTROL (ENGLAND AND WALES) REGULATIONS 2000
INTEGRATED POLLUTION PREVENTION AND CONTROL

Notice is hereby given that Faccenda Group Ltd has applied to the Environment Agency for individual Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control (IPPC) permits to operate an installation involving the production of poultry.

The applications contain the information required by the regulations including a description of any foreseeable significant effects of emißsions from the installations on the environment. This information is held in registers at the following locations:

1.Environment Agency, Public Register, Riversmeet House, Newtown Industrial Estate, Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire GL20 8JG.

2.Stratford-upon-Avon District Council, Elizabeth House, Church Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire CV37 6HX.

Members of the public can inspect these registers, free of charge, at the above-stated addreßses during normal office hours (9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday). Any objections or representations to the above IPPC application should be made in writing to the Environment Agency at the addreßs below, within 28 days from the date of this public notice.

Any such objections or representations will be entered into a public register unleßs the person making them requests in writing that they should not be so placed. If there is such a request, the register will only include a statement that there has been a request.
