Notice is hereby given, pursuant to sections 595 of The Companies Act 1985 and 106 of The Insolvency Act 1986, that Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at 47-49 Green Lane, Northwood, Middlesex HA6 3AE, on 23 April 2007, at 1.00 pm and 1.15 pm respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them and to receive the report of the Liquidator showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and how the property has been disposed of and any explanation that may be given and to approve the Liquidator’s remuneration and to approve that the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Liquidator be disposed of within fifteen months of the final dißsolution of the Company. Proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator not later than 1.00 pm in the afternoon of the busineßs day before the Meetings at 47-49 Green Lane, Northwood, Middlesex HA6 3AE.
